The property is a few minutes’ walk from Alnwick Castle as well as being within easy walking distance of a wide range of amenities, including an abundance of independent shops and a variety of pubs and tea rooms. There is a cinema/playhouse close by and Alnwick Gardens is well worth a visit too.
Percy’s Place is an excellent choice for those seeking a convenient base with easy access to explore the beautiful 20 mile stretch of Heritage coastline, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the east, and the wild and lonely expanses of the heather-capped Cheviot Hills to the west. Very good location with parking space. Disc parking is available in the street. Accommodation is spacious and everything you need is provided. If you do require anything the shops are a short walk from the flat.

Location good, en-suite shower very poor the actual pipe leaked , drain needed emptying as shower stall would fill with water. Towels were mismatched and hard. Hairdryer in en suite room didn’t work at all. T towel in kitchen only 1 , no powder to use in washing machine . Shortage of toilet paper we had to buy more . Sadly it spoiled itself as location was excellent for our holiday .

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location in the centre of Alnwick. Clean and equipped with everything you need, would just benefit from an upgrade in linens and towels.
