This is a gorgeous solid Scandanavian LOG cabin. Rock Lodge was actually the gatehouse to Rock hall and the cabin is situated in the grounds of the gatehouse. The cabin cosists of a large lounge and dining room. Large kitchen with table. Bathroom with corner bath. 1 twin room and 1 kingsize room with sleigh bed. there is a private garden and you also have use of a large 1 acre paddock which is perfect for exercising your dogs. A small wood is also available.
Rock Lodge is run by Shaun and Jennifer who will ensure you have a wonderful stay.
we are situated just 3.5 miles from historic Alnwick Town and Castle (famous for Harry Potter) Alnwick has lots of lovely shops, cafes and pubs. We are close to numerous golf courses and beaches with lots of historic castles to explore. We are approx 30 miles from the Scottish border and Edinburgh is within easy reach. The cheviot hills are about a 30 min drive from us where you can do lots of hill walking. You will not be short of things to do as we are central to everything.
