It is a beautiful and comfortable property with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect being close to Bamburgh, Holy Island and Seahouses to name but a few and we also spent a lot of time at Budle Bay which is a short walk down a track opposite the Warren and is just lovely ! We love it here and will definitely be back

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for walking and driving to other places.

The photos were a true reflection of what to expect. A couple of minor points. The outdoor area at the back could do with weeding, but weeds grow quickly at this time of year. Also the toilets in the bathroom and downstairs cloakroom need adjusting because there is a slight but constant flow of water into the bowl.
