Lovely countryside house. Stunning views, you can see the sea. Huge home. Kitchen includes everything you need for a self catering holiday although there's no plastic plates or cups for toddlers. There is a high chair though. If you're staying in the winter months pack thick pyjamas the rooms get cold overnight (fine as we prefer cool rooms but the duvet is a low tog one so you feel the chill). Location is excellent you're not far from anywhere really. Kids loved watching the tractors and cows! The garden has an unfenced pond, dogs were fine around it but we didn't let the children play out in the garden. Ample parking. Fantastic value for money. Overall really good.

The photos really dont do this farmhouse cottage justice its so much bigger and more beautiful in person. Every room felt spacious, comfortable, and full of character, with lovely touches that made it feel like a real home from home. The setting is peaceful and typically Northumbrian, with gorgeous views and easy acces to nearby walks and attractions. Everything was spotles on arrival, and the hosts had clearly thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. We didnt want to leave and would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

No hassle with anything and the dogs loved the garden and field. Only downside was leaving the drive on to the A1 which was very busy but not really a big problem.
