This annexe is attached to the owner’s main house in the coastal town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, at the most northernly tip of Northumberland. Well-presented across two floors, this deceptively large annexe makes a great holiday base for families eager to uncover Northumberland. Upon arrival you are greeted with parking at the front but wander to the rear enclosed garden to the entrance. Dust off those cooking books and enjoy a home-cooking session in the kitchen, fitted with contemporary appliances and sleek units, before making yourself at home in the lounge, complete with dual aspect windows to offer a bright and airy feel. Completing the ground-floor is a delightful conservatory/dining room, along with a handy shower room where you can freshen up after a long day. Continue upstairs and find the 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin. There is also a bathroom with choice of bath and shower over.     It is very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The welcome pack provided by the owner was a unexpected bonus Could of really done with the outside light to be working in back garden and lighting down the side of property this would have scored a 10 out of 10. However due to the lighting issue we had to buy a torch so we could see.our dog in the dark. Also unable to use the hot tub due to poor lighting. Overall this would not deter us from booking to stay again or recommending accommodation to friends and family.

    Warm and cosy. Close to the beach where you can walk your dogs. Beautiful views from the cliffs next to the golf course, there is a path leading to another sandy beach. There is everything you need here and the jacuzzi bath was a great addition. We spent some fantastic days here. Thank you to the hosts for the welcome pack ☺️ we are already planning to come back in the spring
