Had a fantastic time at Greystonedale it’s such a quirky place,it’s a big house plenty of room the bedrooms are lovely, clean bedding and towels.the dining room has a big table in and the kitchen is very big too with plenty of cutlery cups and glasses. We had a lovely welcome pack and communication with Joanne was excellent the village is nice people friendly plenty to do in the surrounding areas close by hadrians wall Gretna green and the lakes. Would recommend going to Greystonedale you will love it.

We had a lovely family reunion with our grown-up kids and dogs at Greystonedale. The location is stunning- we loved being so close to Hadrian’s wall, walking in stunning countryside and visiting the Roman sites. The dogs loved the huge enclosed garden and we all enjoyed the quirky decor! The games room was a big hit as were the puzzles and games and the disco kitchen. We had a meal at the friendly pub in the village and only wish we had more time to explore more of the extensive recommendations sent by the hosts-a long weekend flew by! One of those rare places you would happily visit again.

We had a great family weekend, 6 adults, 5 kids, 2 dogs!The space is amazing, the kids had a ball playing hide and seek.The house is filled with quirky objects, you notice something different every time you enter a room.The garden is huge with lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundingsJoanne made us feel very comfortable and told us to enjoy ourselves, which we did.We will be back!
