Opposite the village pub in Ellington, this charming cottage has a central location to explore the magnificent Heritage coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with endless sandy beaches, majestic castles, traditional fishing villages and friendly coastal villages. The Northumberland National Park, Cheviots and Pennine Hills, or Hadrian’s Wall are easily accessible for a day trip. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

A lovely cottage well placed for the coast and countryside. Cottage well equipped clean and characterful. Cresswell beach a short drive. Local shop for everyday items a short walk away and local pub across the road with good pub food. No noise from the pub. Patricia lovely host and very friendly.

Had a great last minute stay. Beaches to die for! Accomodation nicely appointed mixing new with old. Shower/tiles could do with a good clean. Surprised how busy the road was. Outdoor space a bit non existent with limited privacy.
