New biggin is a nice place, enjoyed walking by the sea and it was easy to get to places we planned to visit, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Called caretaker, no reply so left message. Tried to contact you to advise us of our next move, however no phone number was given. Our only option was a whatâs app chat that acknowledged our query but no more. Very poor service. We had to sit outside the property in torrential rain for one hour, not knowing whether to find alternative accommodation or wait for your reply. Eventually a key holder turned up, not a great first impression.
