Wonderful place to stay! Haven of tranquillity down a long farm track. It is comfortable and well equipped. The step free access , wide doorways and downstairs bedroom and bathroom made it especially suitable for an elderly relative who is not too steady on her feet. The owners were friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. We loved seeing a barn owl sitting on the track looking at us looking at him!Great location, handy for both the coast and the moors.

This is a beautiful house with loads of character in a very quiet rural location. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The small courtyard does not have any grass but was totally secure for our 2 dogs. The hosts are very friendly and answered any questions about places to visit. We would definitely recommend this property, it is well positioned for visits to the moors and to the lovely beaches at Skinningrove and Saltburn.
