All within a close proximity to shops, tea rooms, restaurants, and bars all a short drive away. There are local walks right on your doorstep, or you could venture out to the popular woodland walks, famous forests, golf course, castle, swimming pool and pet farms.
Five detached bungalows set in their own grounds down a private drive. Surrounded by rolling countryside, the properties are located in the small hamlet of Clayton Le Dale, two miles from Ribchester, known as an area of outstanding natural beauty; you are sure to have an amazing time.
The living areas contain sumptuous sofas and a Smart TV. Benefitting from an open plan design, you will find a perfect dining area ideal for enjoying those home cooked meals or a takeaway depending on your fancy. Wander through to two modern and spacious double bedrooms; the master bedroom contains a luxury kingsize bed, stylish furnishings and a modern en-suite shower room. The second bedroom contains two lovely single beds and a second en-suite bathroom.
Externally, the properties benefit from their own grounds. All with their own private garden/patio area. Take in the peaceful surroundings and soak up the sun while enjoying these luxury homes. Although we booked Lux Cottage, we were relocated to one of the other bungalows on the complex - Palms. We were told it was an upgrade, but we would have preferred to have been in Lux Cottage. Palms was bigger, but the fixtures and fittings were dark and not as modern as Lux. It had been cleaned, but I would say only a surface clean. There were lots of marks in the kitchen and the whole place seemed tired and in need of redecorating. There was a big stain on the ceiling in the twin room, mould around the outside of the shower and the bed linen in the twin room was thin, old and very dated. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first 3 days and the heating was on a locked timer, so when we came back to the bungalow in the evenings, it was cold, but we couldn’t turn it up. I also booked Mya Cottage for my son and his family and that was much better. The grounds and location were beautiful - very quiet and relaxing. I would book again, but would like to be placed in our chosen cottage next time.

The owner were so lovely, I don't think we got the full welcome as they was asked to take us at very short notice. It's luxury accommodation certainly has the wow factor. Few too many gadgets for me, ( but I am in my late seventies) the smart TV was too smart for me I could only watch G.B news all week. An instruction manual for all the gadgets would have been good. But all in all a very nice stay.
