There are local walks right on your doorstep, or you could venture out to the popular woodland walks, famous forests, golf course, castle, swimming pool and pet farms.
Five detached bungalows set in their own grounds down a private drive. Surrounded by rolling countryside, the properties are located in the small hamlet of Clayton Le Dale, two miles from Ribchester, known as an area of outstanding natural beauty; you are sure to have an amazing time.
The living areas contain sumptuous sofas and a Smart TV. Benefitting from an open plan design, you will find a perfect dining area ideal for enjoying those home cooked meals or a takeaway depending on your fancy. Wander through to two modern and spacious double bedrooms; the master bedroom contains a luxury kingsize bed, stylish furnishings and a modern en-suite shower room. The second bedroom contains two lovely single beds and a second en-suite bathroom.

Lovely cottage with modern, very clean facilities. Kitchen and utility room has every modern appliance, including an air fryer, you will need. Cleaning equipment and well stocked cupboards for cutlery, pans and accessories. Large smart TVs in all rooms. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage with dressing tables. Both bathrooms are modern, clean and have brilliant large showers. A really lovely setting with lovely views from the big windows where you will see horses and rabbits. A great base also to explore the beautiful countryside just minutes away. Lots of high quality local restaurants too.Anita was amazing and came to check how we were settling in. She even took the children to pick some fruit and feed the horses in the adjoining field. An amazing host.Overall, I can highly recommend this for a family getaway or even a peaceful location for a couple. It's very private location within a small gated community of 5 or 6 cottages spread out and access to the local countryside and walks such as at Brockholes or the Forest of Bowden is also a short drive away. The owner has put a lot of effort into these cottages and has thought of anything you may require. We will definitely return.

on arrival it was obvious the view we thought we were going to get had changed because it seemed there was either a road being laid to new stables or the surface for stables to be built on .definitely not the way it was shown on the picture. view still not bad, and horses could be seen.the cottage itself was wonderful, roomy, clean comfortable furniture .the first evening we had a problem with the water being cool, not good for showering I can assure you. next day contacted the owner, and straight away it was dealt with ,along with the heating .there is a very good Indian restaurant very close and TESCO deliver there.I can honestly say that despite the weather we had ,I would definiely go there again.
