We had a brilliant stay at Meadow View - the house was perfectly set up with en-suites for every bedroom and incredibly spacious modern lounge and kitchen area. The views across the valley were spectacular from the lovely hot tub - our hosts checked the chemical levels fastidiously and on the day we were leaving it was being emptied ready for fresh water the next guests. Nothing was too much trouble - when we arrived we couldn’t find oven gloves, and as soon as we mentioned it we were immediately delivered some! The guest information pack was very helpful - we had great afternoon and ice cream at Mrs Dowsons farm and walk around Witton Country Park for entertaining our 8 month old, very good takeaway from Shajan (highly recommend) and a lovely meal at The Millstone in Mellor. We also went to The Butlers Arms in Pleasington and a beach day further afield to Formby which took about an hour. Thanks again to Adele and family, we had an amazing holiday!

Meadow View is a spectacular property which has been built and equipped to a very high standard. The rooms are all spacious and the furniture lovely.The view over the valley behind is absolutely stunning and having sheep and Alpaca’s in the first field is a really nice feature.The owners, Adele and Mark, were so helpful and pleasant to talk to and we will definitely plan to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Meadow View. This is the best cottage we have ever stayed in.Beautifully decorated, high end finish, great size bedrooms and bathrooms.The view was stunning, we managed to sit out and watch the Alpaca's ne day, they were so cute - unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to make full use of the garden (typical british weather!)Fully stacked kitchen, comfy beds and a lovely area.If I was going to suggest anything it would be a shower caddy in the downstairs bathroom and maybe some more cushions for the sofas.Otherwise faultless, we would definitely return and highly recommend it.Also Adele was so helpful and great communication, thank you.
