Booked The aspen for 4 nights, Really great location and the hot tub was brilliant, kitchen facilities were also great. The park itself self was beautiful and the lodge is right next to the swans and ducks which was a nice touch. The gentleman cleaning the hot tub was very kind and also had a lovely dog! However we came away with no sleep as the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in, Incredibly hard and could literally feel every spring in the mattress that dug into us, this caused bruises on my partner and left me with a bad back the week after we got home. The sofa was also incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Although there is two tv’s in the lodge you are only able to watch basic tv channels as there is no way to use any apps or players. The rear door was broken and when it rained water came through onto the floor as neither door would shut properly.
