The number on the house isn’t big enough. The windows were filthy! Apart from that all good. I think we’ve left my husbands dressing gown there and I’ve not heard anything. Too far to collect it.

Very quiet and relaxing. We did venture into Appleby , Rutter Force and took a train to Hellifield which has a lovely cafe at the train station. Two small things to mention …. The mattress on the double bed with room upstairs with the long beam could do with being replaced it’s very soft and springy and also please let your guests know where the key lock box is for the house. All in all a lovely stay and we would recommend.
