A gorgeous restored watermill with beautiful views in a great location. All fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality and the interior design was first class. Would definitely recommend and will return. Owners were very friendly and paid great attention to cleaning of the property and maintenance of the huge garden. Blissful retreat! Walking distance to children's park with zip line, local shop,pub_ restaurant and ice cream shop with cafe at local dairy farm.

The property is lovely with every room having been tastefully done to a high standard, with good quality equipment, furniture and decorations. It was also spotlessly clean when we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable & it was the best nights sleep I can remember on any holiday. Outside there is a patio with table which gets the afternoon & evening sun, and a large lawned area with ample parking. Itâs not enclosed so we had to put our dogâs lead on while we were out. The cottage is ideally located for visiting many of the Lake Districtâs most popular spots, but is in a lovely peaceful location to enable maximum relaxation. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely go back if I was visiting the area in the future.
