We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children and dog. The cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures do not do it justice as it is very spacious and well presented. Would definitely return and highly recommend Lowther castle for the excellent adventure playground if you are visiting with kids. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We found the cottage very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The beds especially are excellent. The only negative is the location. On a main road so there is noise from the passing traffic .

A lovely, comfortable and private place perfect for a few days away from it all! The garden and outside eating space is a bonus. Highly recommended.
