Great place, no problem with the accommodation. Location ideal for Parkrun and the Alhambra theatre and the beach and promenade. Key box is tricky to open, (enter code then pres both sides) stairs are steep to get to flat.
Veronica
Happy with the flat. Nice and warm and comfy. Shame about the building. N/A. Location was fine. The general property had a very dirty stair carpet on the staircase. As we were in our 70s and 80s found it difficult with the steepnes of the stairs. Clearly not suitable for the older generation. No light in the doorway so Cldnt get to the key box as it was pitch black! Had to use light on our phone. Name on key box not visible in the dark as it was written with a marker pen. No hanging rail in the single room.

Parking was a problem and the building itself looked uncared for. However the flat we had was modern, clean and well cared for. Loved the bathroom and the view from the small bedroom and the dining area more than made up for the outside and parking.
