The location of the chalet is excellent, a few metres from the cliff edge, with views of the Needles and Hurst Castle. The approach 'road' can be a little uncomfortable, but not too long.Cleanliness of bedding, towels, kitchen and toilet excellent. Shower and vacuuming left a little to be desired. No instruction manuals, so TV and cooker need a little practice if you aren't used to the make/provider.Last year, the password for the internet was left, but couldn't find it anywhere this year. Not usually a problem, but we wanted to watch a concert this year, so my mobile data took a hammering!

Peaceful, calm with a great view. All our basic needs were met. The location was perfect. The view was excellent and we saw some amazing sunsets from our bungalow The microwave, just couldn't work it out!!!!!!

Would probably have given 4.5 if possible. We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially sitting looking out at the view. Having a fridge freezer, instead of an ice box in a fridge was a huge bonus, however, the lack of cupboard space for other groceries, might be a problem for a younger couple with a child/children. The dining chairs were a bit tired, but serviceable. A clothes airer would have been appreciated. As a couple in their early 70s, we are quite happy to adjust to situations, as long as the place is clean, which this was. The humps and blind spots on the access road can still take the edge off a really pleasant holiday though.
