Guests consistently praise Homewood for its spaciousness, comfort, and cleanliness. The hot tub is a popular feature, and the property's location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local amenities. The house's large size is ideal for groups, and the presence of horses adds to the charm. Some minor maintenance issues are noted, but overall, the property offers a delightful stay.
The property is repeatedly described as spotlessly clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating a high standard maintained throughout.
The location is lauded for being fantastic and relaxing, with easy access to local pubs, shops, and walks. However, one review mentioned the lack of side paths when walking to the pub, which suggests a slight inconvenience.
The comfort of the property is highlighted, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and a cosy fireplace room for gatherings. The house's large size contributes to the overall comfort for guests.
Facilities such as the hot tub and games room are highly praised. Some minor issues like a non-functional TV and suggestions for improvement, such as adding hooks in bathrooms, slightly affect the score.
While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

We loved all the different rooms to relax in and the size of the bedrooms was great. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated but would have loved a few more towels! The hot tub was a great added bonus and we enjoyed relaxing in it in the evening. Overall it was a really lovely stay in a lovely house.

The House is Amazing and Lots Of Space, Really Relaxing Stay. Got To Say It Was Absolutely Spotless Too. and Seeing The Horses Was Wonderful! The house Had A Ramp into It (Not To Back garden Though) And had Stepless Entry To Accessible Downstairs Room Which Was Perfect For My Mum. We Had A Boss Stay And Loved Every Minute, So Peaceful And Had Loads Of Fun. Plenty Of Cupboard Space For Shopping, A Wine Fridge And We Had Ice But Were Glad For The Dispenser Too

The home was fantastic for our family group of 10, clean, spacious and just perfect. The weather was great which made time in the hot tub all the better. We would highly recommend this home to all! Only small issue we had was the bins were full when we arrived (bottle, cardboard and the large biffa) and didn't get emptied the whole time we were there. Nothing the owners could have prevented though. Ashton memorial is a must visit!
