Situated in the peaceful and rural village of St Michaels in the Borough of Wyre, close to Preston town centre. The village has a restaurant and lovely riverside walks. Enjoy a quiet holiday by taking advantage of the great living space and garden area or venture out and visit the local area.
This property is in a great location for various attractions. Manchester and Liverpool can be reached in about an hour by car, whilst Blackpool’s beaches, illuminations and attractions are 10 miles away, with a regular bus service if required. All the charms of the Lake District National Park are also an hour away. Lovely and cosy with the log burner going all weekend. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for us all. Kids had a great time.

We had a fab weekend , family who live nearby came over and we celebrated a belated Xmas. The owner was lovely and even put a Xmas garland up for us all. It was our second time in this beautiful cottage. We hope to have many more trips in the future.

Beautiful homely home. Amazing views of the countryside. Cosy living room with wood burner. Great kitchen with open dining room area. The hosts decorated the house for Christmas and we all had a peaceful and relaxing break.Thank you Simon and Helen. Hopefully we will be back there soon.
