We thoroughly enjoyed our pre-Christmas break here. The huge TV and sound system were brilliant for movie nights, the hot tub was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

However we were slightly disappointed that there was no tea, coffee and milk on arrival. There was also no instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances, or other equipment.

The Hot tub was the main reason we booked, after a bit of jiggling round the outdoor furniture, for privacy, we felt private but could look out onto the lake at the side of the property. The access drive you can see, is just to your property, so no one is passing by. It was a peaceful location, you need a car really, but if you are into walking, not too far into Garstang. Highly recommend, perfect for couples, would stay every month if we could afford it, was perfect, canât wait to go again!!
