I was deeply disappointed by this property. We had my one year old granddaughter and there was paint in low unlocked cupboards, screws under the beds. It was dirty. The chest of drawers had bedding packaging and random bits in them. There was a crusty scrunched up bunch of toilet roll under a bed, the toilet wasn’t clean. The house smelt of smoke. There were tyres in the back yard. I considered trying to find somewhere else as I was so upset to be there with my family. I’ve never known anything like it.The beds were clean however and the shower pressure was incredible.

The booking agent double booked so we couldnt stay at the property, there was no sympathy of the situation they put us in. They just ran after I contacted them about the situation to say its double booked so you cant stay there with no offer of a solution or support. Would steer very clear of this company

I would only be able to recommend Nelson House if more attention was paid to cleaning. The kitchen was filthy. There was a dirty pan in the sink. We had to dry and put away the previous occupants dishes. We were putting clean cutlery in a dirty cutlery drawer. Thick dust on blinds.The positives were the living room was clean and tidy,. The main bedroom was a good size with a comfy bed.
