Carsington Water offers sailing, walking, bird watching, cycling and bridleways, while Alton Towers is also within driving distance for those seeking thrills.

    Adrian and Kate very welcoming and on hand if any help required. Village pub just a few minutes walk - good food and a nice pint.

    Kate and Adrian, the owners, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The spaces inside and outside the property were immaculate, comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. WiFi was excellent.

    Met all our requirements for a family group including a toddler. Attentive owners, unobtrusive, but on hand if needed. Set in a lovely village but secluded.
