The limestone terrace cottage enjoys a sunny south facing position accessed via a private shared drive with parking space for one car. An inviting lounge with a log burning stove set into a gritstone fireplace form the main feature of this delightful room. Next door a kitchen-diner awaits, equipped with all the essentials and an original quarry tiled floor which gives the space great character. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the main bedroom to the front has a wrought iron double bed and a beautiful original Victorian fireplace, the second bedroom located at the rear of the cottage has two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and toilet and hand basin, perfectly completing this delightful property.

To the rear of the cottage there is a small courtyard seating area and at the front there is a garden and patio area that enjoys all day sunshine.
