These superb, stone-built barn conversions can be found nestled in the charming village of Litton, on a traditional working farm within the picturesque Peak District National Park. Newly converted in 2023, each have been thoughtfully and beautifully designed to cater fully to the needs of both you and your furry friends. Both are full of character with individual impressive features such beamed, vaulted ceilings and exposed stone. There’s the luxury addition of underfloor heating to the ground floor and externally there’s an enclosed space, allowing any small children and four-legged companions to frolic freely and safely. A private parking space with EV chargers is available for each property, for cycling enthusiasts there’s bike storage and there’s even facilities to wash dogs, bikes and muddy boots meaning your companions and equipment can return from outdoor adventures clean and refreshed. This property is on a working farm, towards the end of March and ongoing for approximately 4 weeks guests may be lucky enough to witness lambing seasons with newborn lambs being born and the opportunity to feed them.

Around a 25-minute drive and nestled amidst the picturesque countryside is Edale. A return trip to the farm, Tracey was very welcoming and the welcome basket and cake was such a treat! Cottage is the nicest we have stayed in and is more than equipped for a home from home stay, which was perfect for us with a baby. We can’t wait to visit again in the future

We have stayed here 3 times and will definitely return again . It’s a Lovely cottage, it’s got everything you need. Great location central for getting around the Peak District. All the information for different walks is within the cottage. It’s even got a separate wash room outside for washing the dog’s paw which is fantastic.

This is a lovely barn conversion in a great location with one of the best pubs around 100 yards away. Ideal location for days out it is well equipped and the hosts are attentive and friendly. We had a great stay and hope to return
