Such a lovely cottage!!! We really enjoyed our stay here, everything about it was perfect! It was so clean and well presented and it’s also in a really convenient location to all walks and places we were visiting. The hot tub was great and it was nice how it was in a room in the garden, it felt like you were at a spa which was perfect after a long day of hiking! The games room was also great for evenings in, we loved playing darts! The welcome basket with prosecco and biscuits was also a lovely touch - thank you!! Would highly recommend this holiday cottage! The owners were very helpful too if we had a question ☺️

We have just got back from a weeks stay at High Peak Retreat. We had a wonderful time. The property was immaculate and really well presented. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and bathrooms extremely clean. The garden was really private and not overlooked. Hot tub got well used & our boys loved the pool table and dart board in the games room. Would definitely recommend 👌

Peaceful, relaxing and would highly recommend! My partner and I had an amazing 4 night stay at High Peak Retreat. There was a welcome package on arrival which was a lovely touch. The games room was great with the darts, pool table and air hockey. The hot tub was very relaxing and feels like you're in a private spa. For anyone that is curious about what equipment is available for cooking, they have everything you need from pots and pans, to foil and clingfilm, there are serving plates and bowls and even a box full of seasonings. As someone who enjoys cooking, this was the most well equipped kitchen I have come acros. There was comfort found in every room of the house and it is a nice quiet street with great views. The host was very helpful and we felt very safe and secure here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting peace, comfort and great entertainment all in one place. There is nothing we didn't like. The price felt quite high upon booking but once we toured the property, the price becomes very reasonable for all the facilities and attention to detail there is.
