Slightly further afield you can find both Macclesfield and Sheffield, with brilliant shopping opportunities and attractions all-year-round.

We were left a lovely welcome parcel too which was much appreciated. The only minor issue was that because all the bedrooms are below the lounge/kitchen and thereâs hard flooring, you could hear quite a bit of noise from above for those that went to bed earlier.

The upper floor is the open lan living area. Lots of parking outside de the property. Close to nice walks and pretty towns. If I was going to make one suggestion, it would be to make an upstairs cloakroom. Having said that , itâs no big deal to go downstairs to the many comfortable bathrooms.

The property was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for 12 of us. The hosts were friendly and full of information.
