10 Minute walk into Town. Locals very friendly. Lots to do in area. Went running each morning, loads of Public footpaths easy to follow. Will recommend use /visit to friends and family. Thanks from us all for a lovely LWE. Just what we needed.

We were a family of 5 (three teenage kids) and Moor View provided a beautiful place for us all to relax and reset. The house was very clean, warm and cosy with all the facilities to make it so much more than home from home. The 80 inch TV was amazing for watching films and the odd game of football. We didn't make use of the beautiful garden room, as the weather just wasn't great, but this would be fabulous on a summer evening. Walking distant to Steakland, where we had a delicious meal, and also the station where we hopped on a train to Manchester for the day. All in all a lovely break in a beautiful house. Thank you

The downstairs open plan space and the master bedroom suite were huge, much bigger than they appear in the photos. We were able to use the dressing room as a bedroom for the baby. There were dog walks from the house front door - up the hill opposite. Also worth recommending is the park on the river in town - great for dogs and children and just a short drive away. Communication was excellent with the owners. On a practical note, an extra large front doormat and decent coat pegs/stand for storing and drying coats would be a big help! Although we worked it out for ourselves in the end, instructions/hints about using the large TV remotes, coffee maker, heating and how to find the microwave would be good too!
