A couple of minor things, cottage smelt of damp and be prepared to park and walk to cottage, need a small car if want to drop luggage before parking. On the whole we had a lovely stay, cottage is very well equipped

Great communication from the owners. Loved Holmfirth and the bus service is excellent to some very nice surrounding villages. Pubs in village nice and friendly. Lots of options for eating out and takeaways ... recommend the chinese. Great shops for all manner of things. Parking is a nightmare as it's very busy with locals and through traffic so once you manage to get a parking space leave the car there as its best to use the buses like we did to get out and about. We will definitely return.

It had everything we needed. The living room was perfect for relaxing with the family. Plenty of room for everyone.
