Broomshaw Farm Cottages is made up of three properties, Meadow Cottage, Stable Cottage and Swallow Cottage, located off the main road in a quiet and peaceful area. These cottages are perfect for a Peak District get-away. You are located close to neighbouring towns in Leek and Ashbourne, there are ample walks from your doorstep plus Alton Towers Theme Park is just 4 miles away. Swallow Cottage is a two bedroom property sleeping six guests, the bedrooms are made up of one double and a family room consisting of a double and bunk bed, there is also a family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is the sitting room with electric woodburner, comfortable seating and TV and the kitchen with dining table and chairs. Out of each window you have stunning views of the countryside. You are welcomed into Broomyshaw by a very friendly atmosphere and host. Each property has an allocated outside area with benches and is the perfect suntrap.

We had a truely wonderful stay at Swallow cottage .The cottage is very clean, well equipped with very comfy beds.Large parking area provided .Extremely quiet location, but less than 5 minutes down a track from the Main road to Leek or Ashbourne. So very convenient for exploring the lovely Peak district. The owners live next door and are amazingly helpful and kind .We will definitely visit again
