This property is situated just one road back from the seafront parade in the East Sussex town of Eastbourne. The town became a popular resort in Victorian times and there is plenty to remind visitors of the town s past, including the impressive pier which has been painstakingly restored following a fire in 2014. Not only does the pier offer a unique perspective of the sea and the beach, but it is also home to a lovely tea room, a jazz lounge, and a nightclub. Asides from the beach, which is manned by lifeguards in high season, there is plenty more to see and do in the area including Beachy Head, a miniature steam railway, a water sports centre, and an impressive seafront fortress.
