This property charges a lot per week so we were bitterly disappointed on so many levels. There are too many issues to list them in this review but a complaint has gone in . My only advise to anyone thinking of booking this property is BUYER BEWARE.You have been warned ..Oh I must add its suitable for a couple and one child as the put down sofa unfortunately left my sister going home with a bad back .I have stayed in a lot of cottages over the years with this company and this is the first bad review but it is necessary so that improvements can be made hopefully.

I enjoyed my 4-night stay in July 2026. The house was well-equipped and cool, despite the outside hot temperatures. My dog liked the grassy, enclosed garden.Suggestions - minor improvements - the patio door in the dining area really needs a curtain or blind, for privacy purposes. A nespresso pod coffee machine would be useful. Finally 'Sea View' would be a better description of the house as it is not near the beach!

Top location for a holiday near the beach. The beach in Bischopstone is dog friendly and is a 5 minute walk away from the cottage.Railway station with connection to Brighton, Lewesn ... at only 2 winutes walk.The centre of Seaford takes a walk of 30 minutes along the sea.
