There was no 'welcome pack' with all necessary information for ourstay (general info about the property, the area, shopping, medical info etc.) There were notes all over the property explaining how the heating and the oven worked etc. However, having this in one place would be our recommendation. The messageboard above the fridge is not very easy to read, with all the notes being very high up. Most properties we stay at also have a clear email with instructions for key collection etc. I would advice doing this instead of having each visitor call you before their stay. Having to write down all the details and hoping you have remembered everything correctly isn't a very relaxing start of the holiday - if you do insist on a phone call I would suggest to send all the details again in writing just to make sure. Other than that we had a loverly stay, despite it being cut short by almost 2 days thanks to transport issues. The property is very well located, in walking distance of the station/shops, seaside etc.

Parking on site a bonus. Near the sea front and a short walk from town centre.

House has everything you need and is very comfortable. Beach and promenade are only a minute walk away. Lots to do in the local area. Owners were very helpful and made you feel very welcome.
