Blue Loft description omitted to state accommodation was adjacent to owners property. The close proximity was an inhibiting factor to privacy. There was no WiFi connection and the digital TV worked intermittently both of which were brought to the attention of the owner.Generally the accommodation required a little TLC.

Real nice place just outside of Rye. The house is well equipped. We stayed 2 weeks and had a great time. The owners are very nice people and react quickly at questions. Nice terrace for warmer weather with stunning view of Rye and far away the sea. Great location for exploring this part of England. Within half an hour drive to the gardens of Sissinghurst and Great Dixter. I really recommend the blue loft.

Lovely spot for a long weekend and great communication with the hosts. I think there are maybe more baby-friendly options available, but its not advertised as a particularly great spot for young family (just want to add here in case future potential guests are checking).
