Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. This lovely, shabby chic house has a cosy beach vibe to the interior. It boasts magnificent views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, and is ideal for those who want to experience the beach life. The detached house sits on Hill Head beach with direct access to the beach and shoreline. The property is reached by a wooden staircase to the front door and ground floor. Here you will find a cosy kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and amenities you will need for your stay. Behind the kitchen is the modern bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. The snug living room has coal effect gas fire and is located to the rear of the house. There a plenty of books and games to keep the whole family entertained should you need a break from the beach life, with a door to the enclosed loggia that looks across the lawn to the shoreline. Outside is a south-facing small wooden deck, with seating for you to enjoy the sun and outstanding view. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with a small balcony overlooking the lawn and amazing sea vista. The second floor is reached by a narrow, space-saving staircase and offers one double bedroom to the front, and a fourth bedroom with single beds and a Z-bed.
You won’t need to stray far from the house as the village has a lovely café and a pub/restaurant serving anything from a snack to a three-course meal. Everything you need for a enjoyable stay! Beach 100 yards.
