There were no instructions about the heating and no reply to our email requesting this info. A very cold night in a very uncomfortable bed with bedding which was too small for the bed. The quilt didnât even cover the lumpy mattress let alone allow for two people sharing the bed. Shortage of towels and no tea towels! Very unsatisfactory for a 7 night stay!
