Disappointed with the outside space being so untidy and used as a storage area for clutter,Steep steps no handrail not safe.Conservatory disappointing due to blown glass panels, multiple leaks when it rains, and worn out furniture,Many kitchen utensils and cutlery need replacing,Plate draining rack very rusty not hygienic.Sofa in lounge although looks okay very uncomfortable due to poor conditioning of the filling,Overall the property could do with some TLC in a few areas to make it value for money .

Very spacious and well equipped accommodation. Selected due to location as I needed somewhere close to the South Downs Way. Village location, with easy access to the main roads.

What a perfect little cottage to stay in whilst discovering the area. Very dog friendly, with a lovely friendly pub at the end of the road. We had a brilliant time.
