Less than 2 miles away is the beautiful town of New Milton where you can enjoy a stroll along its many cafes and shops, as well as the traditional towns of Brockenhurst (5.9 miles) and Lyndhurst (11.4 miles) which are worth a visit to catch sight of the famous New Forest ponies. The popular towns of Bournemouth (10.6 miles) and Milton-on-sea (5.6 miles) are all within easy reach to enjoy the beaches of the South Coast.

Some steps lead up to the door of this lovely lodge, entering a hallway that features a separate WC and washing area. Going to the right of the hall you are met with a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a separate workspace. Cosy up on the sofas in front of the Smart TV and electric fireplace. Or gather around for a tasty meal at the dining table with ample seating, with the wine cooling in your own wine cooler. The master bedroom, complete with super-king size bed includes an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, with a second bedroom offering twin beds and an additional en-suite shower room and WC. Both bedrooms are complete with their own vanity area.

There is a wraparound decking with plenty of space to relax and unwind or indulge in al-fresco dining in good weather.

This charming market town rests delightfully in southwest Hampshire, only slightly south of the magnificent New Forest National Park. The coast is nearby in the village of Barton-on-Sea, a suburb of New Milton with a café and a restaurant overlooking the beach. The town of Highcliffe is just two miles away, a popular seaside resort in the Victorian era, it boasts a stunning castle, the Steamer Point Nature Reserve, a golf course and a sandy beach. Other well-known seaside spots nearby include Christchurch and Bournemouth slightly further along the coast. Head inland for your dose of luscious landscape, ideal for walkers, cyclists and wildlife spotters with many outdoor activities on offer too.
