Fastnet offers an open plan living space all on the ground floor, finished to an excellent standard. Built in 2021, this property features matching quality contemporary flooring and LED mood lighting, together with glass doors and windows with stylish Italian internal blinds. The living area has a multi-coloured LED fire and the dining room has a dimmable chandelier and seating for 6 people, whilst the kitchen boasts solid stone work surfaces and sink, as well as atmospheric lighting. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have direct access to the separate spacious shower room, which has a walk-in rain shower. Bi-fold doors lead you out onto the full-length balcony where you can enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets and beautiful countryside views. The property has wrap-around gardens including garden furniture and private parking for 2-3 cars. Fastnet’s ample gardens will give your family or group plenty of space to enjoy the outdoor life. The property is conveniently located and central to attractions, set back from the road leading to Newport and the village of Arreton, and the seaside resort of Ryde is about a 10-minute drive. Enjoy scenic walks locally, and other outdoor pursuits include birdwatching, cycling, horse riding, golf and water sports.

There is access to Newport and Arreton via bridle paths and the rest of the Isle of Wight should you wish to walk or cycle it, while buses into Newport and Ryde (the two main bus stations) are about 5 minutes away to take you anywhere you want to go on the Island. Discover many attractions nearby including Arreton Barns, The Garlic Farm and Robin Hill Adventure Park. Also within easy driving distance are Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, museums, vineyards and wildlife centres. Fishing nearby. Beach 7 miles. Shop and restaurant 1 mile. Pub within 1¼ mile.

    This is a very pleasant and fully equipped property with ample space for a family. It is ideally located in the centre of the island closevto a fantastic brewery and a delightful farm shop. The property had everything we could have hoped for.It was also very dog friendly.

    We had such a lovely week staying here. Opening the doors each morning to such a beautiful view was a real treat! The location was perfect for exploring the island as most places were within a half hour drive. We would definitely stay here again, comfortable, clean with everything we needed!
