The house is recently built, and is conveniently laid out and furnished in a modern style, decorated with family living in mind. The kitchen is open plan with the dining area, so if it’s your turn to cook you won’t miss out on all the fun! From the dining area, patio doors lead outside, where there’s a table and chairs for those warmer evenings.
You’ll find one of the three bedrooms on the ground floor (bagsy this one for the zip and link twin beds which can be super kingsize bed on request!) and two further bedrooms upstairs. There’ll be no fighting over the bathroom either, with a family bathroom upstairs, and a shower room on the ground floor.
Outside, the enclosed back garden provides plenty of space for the kids to let off steam after a day at the beach whilst you unwind with a glass of wine. At the front of the house, the driveway has space for three cars.
The zoo, Dinosaur Isle, the pier, esplanade and a plethora of beachside cafés overlooking the golden sandy beaches are all within walking distance, making this the perfect spot for an adventure packed family getaway.

Fantastic for those with mobility issues downstirs bedroom and shower room large kitchen and level entry door ( first time we not needed our own mini ramp)being able to get on garden was brilliant and off road parking is a bonus even suitable for larger vehicles .Everything you need in Kitchen plus all need if had a toddler ( we dont but noticed for bringing our nephew)Only downside under sofas the floor biy not been cleaned so when opened door looked like tumbleweed But not enough to put us of rebooking

Lovely house in a good quiet location. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the beach with a cafe that does takeaway food. The house has good size beds and a lovely garden for my dog to enjoy. I’ve booked again for next year for a third time

The outside picture online made the front garden look at least twice the length that it was, not sure why.The dishwasher worked okay but steam escaped from the top and a replacement would be beneficial. The oven seal wasn’t great either, although we cooked okay a few times.Overall the accommodation was beautifully clean, comfortable and well equipped and we had a good time.
