Situated back from the road between Sandown, 2 miles and Ryde, 4 miles, both renowned for their popular sandy beaches and family entertainment. It is an ideal holiday base for exploring many attractions, the rich variety of local scenic walks across countryside to the chalk downland and the stunning coastline, or if you prefer, relax in the large garden and simply savour the lovely view. Shops and pub 400 yards.

Access to the cottage is off a main road, and the drive entrance is flanked by large stone pillars, and is quite narrow, however just needs care and a slow approach. Off a busy road. Cottage is basic, but clean and tidy. The garden is enclosed but NOT dog secure.

Property wasn’t dog friendly as it said we was told to only use the very back of the garden to exercise the dog and we had to keep a lead on him all the time because it wasn’t fenced off. The settee wasn’t like the one in the pictures we had to sit on a very old uncomfortable one. We got very little sleep because the bedroom is facing a main road and they is traffic going up and down all night long. The parking was very tight on the forecourt getting in and out and I managed to scratch my car trying to get out one time and was told by the owner that other cars had done the same and one van had knocked the wall down trying to get out ,we had to find other places to park instead. So all in all I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property ps the tv is so small you need binoculars to watch it.
