It is an ideal holiday base for exploring many attractions, the rich variety of local scenic walks across countryside to the chalk downland and the stunning coastline, or if you prefer, relax in the large garden and simply savour the lovely view. Shops and pub 400 yards.

John is an excellant host and nothing was too much trouble, there was even millk in the fridge on arrival, thanks.We always look at the reviews before booking and overall they were accurate. The only negatives for us were that a larger tv would have been nice and if you sleep on the lefthand side of the bed then prepare for a struggle we would also suggest that the mattress could do with replacing but that really is nitpicking. Would we stay again, yes most defintely, overall a most enjoyable four night stay. Thanks to you both and a special thanks to the wife for the olive oil!

The nicest accomodation I've ever stayed in. It's comfortable, has all you need. A beautiful view from the sitting room window, you can even see distant ships anchored off the coast at Bembridge. The owners were lovely and very helpful, happy to help in anyway that they could.. A very enjoyable, quiet, relaxing stay. Just what I needed.
