Sea Haze is a detached bungalow attractively situated near Totland village, with sea views from the garden and kitchen. It is in a secluded area with well spaced properties on a quiet unmade lane. The bungalow is only a third of a mile from the sandy bays of Colwell and Totland. Much of the nearby coastal area is owned by the National Trust and is a wonderful walking area. In the centre of the nearby small town of Freshwater there are a variety of shops including a supermarket, public houses and a sports centre with an indoor swimming pool.

Sea Haze has three bedrooms, and all of the accommodation is on one level with two steps at each entrance. It is centrally heated and furnished in a traditional style. There is a fitted kitchen with solid wood worktops, an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and walk in pantry. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a small utility area. There is a pleasant dining area and a spacious sitting room with a comfortable sofa and chairs, plus a 50 inch Smart television. This is a light room with a large window and patio doors which open into a secluded courtyard area of the garden. A small conservatory room adjoins the sitting room and also has patio doors opening into the courtyard. This gives the room a pleasant open feel in warmer weather.

There are three simply furnished bedrooms; one spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed and TV, a slightly smaller double bedroom with TV/DVD and a bunk bedroom for children with a basin. There is a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, plus a basin and WC. There is also a second separate WC and basin. A travel cot and high chair are available if required. Heating and electricity is provided free of charge. A telephone is provided for outgoing and incoming calls. WiFi internet is available.
