This quaint, 19th century, end of terrace holiday cottage is set on a quiet road close to the beach and amenities, and has extensive sea views from the lawned garden, patio and balcony. Ideally placed for touring the island, with Ventnor Botanical Gardens and St Catherine’s Lighthouse nearby. Visit Shanklin and Shanklin Chine, a beautiful walk down a wooded ravine with waterfalls, or Sandown with its zoo and lovely beaches. Shop and restaurant 500 yards, pub 400 yards.

A fun-filled family holiday. Perfect cottage and location with two little ones (2 and 5). Amazing sea views which meant evenings in still felt special. We loved the breakfast bar and garden. Street parking not great. We opted to use the local council car park using a tourist permit for the week which meant we could use some other car parks on the island. Had some lovely day trips and beach days. A lovely holiday all round.

Had a great holiday at the cottage everything we needed was provided and place was very clean.View of the channel was fantastic from the garden watching the ships became a morning ritual.I would note caution. For those with mobility issues as there were steps in the house down to the kitchen and again in the garden but the house is on a hill so only to be expected.Parking was a slight problem as road very narrow but there is a free car park about 5 mins away (via some quite steep steps).Overall though a lovely cottage with the best views.
