This lovely retreat offers an unparalleled vacation experience with its stunning design and idyllic location. As you step inside, you’ll immediately feel the warmth of underfloor heating, ensuring a cosy and comfortable stay throughout the year.

The layout of this remarkable holiday home is unique, with the living areas positioned on the first floor to take full advantage of the views that surround the property. The spacious living/dining room is a highlight of the house, featuring vaulted, beamed ceilings that add a touch of rustic charm. Here, you’ll find a state-of-the-art media centre complete with a magnificent 65" Smart TV, perfect for those evenings when you want to watch your favourite shows or movies. Also in the living room, bi-folding doors lead to the garden, set across two levels. The lower level boasts a delightful decking area, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee amidst the serene surroundings. On the upper level, a lawned area offers a peaceful oasis where you can bask in the tranquillity of nature. On the ground floor, you’ll find four generously sized bedrooms, each designed to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Two of these bedrooms are master suites, adorned with kingsize beds, Smart TVs, and en-suite shower rooms, providing a touch privacy. The en-suite bathrooms are of elegant design, allowing you to indulge in relaxation and comfort. The remaining two bedrooms also offer kingsize zip and link beds that can be easily converted into twins, making Rew Farm Barn perfect for families or groups of friends. These bedrooms share a well-appointed family bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower, catering to all your bathing needs.

Property 4 will make the perfect base for the beach and the cosmopolitan town of Ventnor, which is just a 5-minute drive away. Ventnor’s popular shingle and sand beach is a firm favourite with all ages, where freshly caught fish of the day can be purchased at the marina. Fishing and boat trips around the coastline are available daily. There is a wide selection of great eateries, pubs and boutique-style individual shops within a short driving distance. Blackgang Chine is nearby, the oldest themed attraction in the UK, and within easy reach are the Needles and Alum Bay. Attractions include Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Isle of Wight Pearl, Dinosaur Isle, Donkey Sanctuary and Calbourne Water Mill, which has a 17th-century working watermill. Osborne House and Gardens, known for being Queen Victoria’s holiday residence, and Carisbrooke Castle are a short distance away. The sailing towns of Yarmouth and Cowes, and the popular resorts and Shanklin and Sandown are nearby.     Beautiful holiday home, superb in every aspect. Every thing including sofas, appliances (Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer), kitchen utensils, carpets etc etc was of the highest quality. Very well cleaned, home from home. Fantastic welcome pack including milk, butter, kitchen roll, bread, jar of coffee , tea, sugar, coffee machine pods, dishwasher pods, plus all kitchen items, foil, cling film etc etc to much to list . We were met by the very friendly owners on arrival. Lovely gardens on several levels , ( there are steep steps) quality garden furniture on lower and upper gardens, and a BBQ which even had a small bag of coals for use (we didn't use) Car parking for 3 cars, I would highly recommend this holiday property to any one who wants a quality very clean environment, located in a very peaceful quiet location. We found a host of board games the day we left , in the dining room sideboard !
