We arrived at the caravan, we found it easily as I had asked Daniel prior to arriving where on the site it was.The first night we found that the hob/oven and grill did not work, we managed to light one burner with the lighter provided but this felt very unsafe. We ended up cooking our dinner in the microwave. I did message Daniel about this and he confirmed that the oven needed lighting with the lighter provided but that the hob should work... He offered to send an engineer out but I confirmed that we didn't need to use the hob and grill for the rest of our stay so was not urgent.There is a pool on site but you have to pay to use it as it is not included in the booking, something which is not clear when reading the information, there is information specific starting that the pool and gym are shared but nothing about the fact that you have to pay for them.We were here over Halloween and the caravan was decorated with some Halloween decorations which was a nice touch.
