Central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead. No smoking.. Located on the first floor, Seashore Apartment offers a cosy and comfortable break no matter what time of year. You can never tire of the ever changing 180 degree sea views from the balcony, and if it’s a little chilly, there is a stylish pebble effect fire to keep you warm and snug.
The sitting room is light and bright and inviting. A sofa bed allows couples with children to enjoy the apartment, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Fish lovers will want to visit Griggs Hythe where you can buy fresh fish caught each morning.
If you want a break from cooking then Sandgate has many restaurants including vegetarian and vegan options, as well as of course, traditional Fish and Chips. Folkestone’s famous Rocksalt restaurant is a few minutes’ drive, and well worth booking in advance.
And to work off all the lovely local cuisine, there are endless coastal walks into Hythe and Folkestone. This romantic bolthole by the sea enjoys far reaching sea view and is great for coastal walks.

It is certainly in the right place but I don't think its for older people thevsteps at the front off the building is really high and difficult to walk up the wet room was difficult to use once you have used the shower the floor was wet and you could fall the wet room isn't set out right the toilet is behind the shower which was difficult when the shower was in use

Wonderful location with the sea a couple of hundred yards away. Not friendly to anyone with mobility issues due to front access via two sets of steep steps. Lovely apartment with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and very quiet bedroom. If you have a bus pass the bus stops are very close to the entrance to the apartment. Routes to Hythe, Folkstone, Dover and with one change to Canterbury. Had a great week exploring by bus. Our car didn't move all the time we were there Highly recommended.

A brilliant sea view, just across the road you are on a pebble beach. The downside, if you are disabled, are the front steps , which are very steep. However there is a rear entrance with a flat walkway which can be used for dropping off luggage. There is no parking space but there is parking on the main road at the front, which gets busy on weekends and you may find it difficult to park. However, there ere is a bus stop immediately outside .
