Anchor Light is a delightfully quirky cottage in the heart of old Faversham. We enjoyed the location with lots of room for a family of teenagers and adults. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and some nice, unexpected treats in the fridge. Best to note that some of the owners belongings are in various parts of the house. Not an issue but haven’t had that happen to us before in a holiday let. The garden in summer is also much nicer than the photos with lots of mature shrubs making it a cool, quiet and private space. The Anchor pub is close by and we had an excellent, well-priced meal there. Also loved Cafe Guild on the Market Square which has just won an award for best cafe in Kent!

This is a large delghtful cottage in the heart of Faversham. Very comfortable and well equipped and a bit quirky. It's ideally situated for exploring Faversham and the marshes, and easy to get out to some delightful gardens up on the Downs. The Physic garden, just around the corner, provides cheap weekday lunches in a lovely setting.
