Witney 2.3 miles. The Paddock is a charming, detached home in the hamlet of New Yatt, Oxfordshire, just a short drive from Witney and the Cotswolds AONB. With a private, gated driveway and welcoming two well-behaved dogs, this characterful retreat is perfect for large families or groups of friends seeking a serene countryside escape. Upon entering the property, be delighted by the seamless blend of exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and unique decor pieces with modern appliances in the kitchen, creating a perfect harmony of historic charm and contemporary convenience. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, and savour your meal at the spacious dining table, awaiting long dinner party natter and family bonding. If the weather permits, the enclosed front garden is a haven for relaxation, featuring a well-kept lawn and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining or simply soak up the tranquil surroundings. Afterwards, curl up on the plush seating in the sitting room, equipped with a Smart TV to provide the evening’s entertainment, and a warm woodburning stove for those chillier evenings. The outskirts of Witney houses the Witney Lakes Resort Golf for any guests looking to stay active! Nature enthusiasts can take a visit to Crocodiles of the World, offering hands-on encounters with these prehistoric creatures, or the Cotswold Wild Life Park which is on the doorstep of Burford, the Gateway to the Cotswolds, with its picturesque hill littered with shops, tea rooms and award winning pubs!
