Marine Villa is a spacious, comfortable well equipped house located very close to the beach.The children particularly liked the playroom which they called their "secret room".The nearby Sea Lane Cafe is excellent and very popular. The local chippy is also very good. Goring doesn't have a lot to offer but Worthing and Littlehampton are not far away. The Perch on the Pier restaurant on Worthing pier is worth a visit.The owners were easy to contact and helpful.We had a great stay and would recommend this holiday house.

We've just had a wonderful weekend at Marine Villa, celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with the family and can recommend it. It is ideally located, very spacious and comfortable with great views of the beach and lovely (flat) walks along the sea front.A wooden sea front play area for school age children is about a 20 minute walk from the Villa, heading towards Worthing centre, was very good. Also, as others have mentioned the Sea Lane Café just along the road is definitely worth a visit! All in all a great choice.
