Guests say

Guests praise the property's central location in Bath, spaciousness, and cleanliness, ideal for large groups and families. The provision of parking is highly valued. Some minor maintenance issues are noted, but overall experiences are positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The property is generally described as clean and well-kept, with only a few isolated comments about snail trails, ants, and mouldy areas, suggesting these are not widespread concerns.

The location is consistently lauded for its proximity to Bath's city centre, attractions, and supermarkets, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.

Comfort is well-regarded with mentions of cosy lounges and comfy beds. However, some guests noted issues with noisy roads and tight beds for taller individuals.

Facilities are adequate with a well-equipped kitchen and ample bathrooms, but several reviews mention broken or non-functional items like bins, blinds, clocks, and TV remotes, indicating room for improvement in maintenance.

While some guests appreciated the provided essentials, others expected more in terms of basic supplies and welcome gifts. It's important to note that while such amenities are appreciated, they are not guaranteed and vary by stay.

Spotless bedding and comfy beds. Location was fabulous. Well equipped kitchen. We had a great weekend celebrating two of the ladies birthdays. I have already contacted the owner to thank him. This is the 3/4th house I have booked with you since Covid and have always been delighted. Roll on the next “girlie weekend 2026” Thank you Regards Karen Lewis
